Ok a few questions for you all sorry. Ok how do you cope with having to go for a meal somewhere because Im going to have to go to a family Sunday lunch and I'm not intending to eat? Ok now I also see that sweeteners are ok on ts which ones are ok or should I be checking for something? Any advice appreciated.x:):wave_cr

I have this exact problem, my friend has a birthday meal planned and they're going mad at me because I don't want to go, I just think i'm gonna look really rude sat there with a glass of water? lol :/ x

Maybe try ws that day so have a simple tuna or chicken salad. Everyone accepts that's diet food.
