I started ww mid-January and so far have lost 31lbs. Over the last three weeks though I have been a tad naughty (had a weekend away in Stockholm and over Easter weekend managed 70 points in 1 day ) Despite all this I didn't put any weight on.. (lost 2 after Stockholm and stayed the same after Easter).
However I have a new goal now.. I want to drop another stone by 20th May. I have 6 weigh-ins in which to do it.
I have become a little de-motivated though as my initial goal was to lose 28lbs by Stockholm which I did and since then I have been a tad naughty (particularly in respect of booze - which at present is my downfall).
I need to get back into it hardcore stylee.. and try to drop a stone in that time.
Any tips that will help me do so?
