Need a boost - any tips?

I started ww mid-January and so far have lost 31lbs. Over the last three weeks though I have been a tad naughty (had a weekend away in Stockholm and over Easter weekend managed 70 points in 1 day :eek:) Despite all this I didn't put any weight on.. (lost 2 after Stockholm and stayed the same after Easter).

However I have a new goal now.. I want to drop another stone by 20th May. I have 6 weigh-ins in which to do it.

I have become a little de-motivated though as my initial goal was to lose 28lbs by Stockholm which I did and since then I have been a tad naughty (particularly in respect of booze - which at present is my downfall).

I need to get back into it hardcore stylee.. and try to drop a stone in that time.

Any tips that will help me do so?

do just as you say hardcore it!

No booze, use all the points you normally use on booze and chocolate and exchange it for fruit and pointed veg.

do slightly more exercise than you already do.

You managed to lose loads vefore your holiday just do whatever you did then.

I do eat tonnes of fruit and veg. I have an apple for breakfast, for lunch salad or homemade soup, for dinner always lots of fresh vegetables either with chicken or a ww hotpot or something.

I'm actually considering going through a colon cleansing programme or for a colonic to see if that will give me a boost..

I'm just conscious that because I have already done so well I've eased up a bit..

You just need to get your head back into the groove. I do the same, I lose loads and then think I can blow it and Ill be ok and then get annoyed cos Iv gained. You'll get there. Good luck x

Actually it's not been too bad my loss has just slowed down.. last last couple of weeks I've lost 3lbs and 1lb..I've got to 35lbs off in total and am a size 10 now.. want to get to 45-50lbs..and that size 8.. :)

I'm just about to start WW again and need a boost too to get my head into 'the zone' but just wanted to say if a colonic is something your interested in doing then I think it could help as it can give you that clean feeling and a feeling of not wanting to polute your body with more crap - so I hear! (i've never had one but have always wanted one :eek:)

Yeah colonics are good.. and they feel quite nice when you can feel the water inside.

Although I think I've done ok re: wanting a boost - this week I have lost 7lbs! wtf? This is my 15th week as well.. I don't know how I have managed it - I'm now a size 10 so it's not like I have lots of weight to lose :0

I'm -37lbs now :) (apparently Mike my ww manager [i.e. work colleague who weighs me] messed up somewhere along the way with my weighloss) Although i have definitely lost 7lbs this week! However he has now told me my start weight and what I am now so I can carry on and monitor my own weightloss. Size 8 here I come :)

Wow 7lb, that amazing! Well done. I'm sure you look gorgeous as you are but I wouldn't say no to a size 8 either...just to try it out :D
