Hi I'm new here been lurking a while. Have lost 4lbs in 9 weeks!!! so have decided that at the mo EE is too flexible for me and have gone on Red & Green from today. So hoping to join in with everyone for ideas and inspiration and weight loss!!!:wave_cry:

Thanks JJ having a really good look round today, really concentrating and learning it's 12 years since I've done SW and lots have changed ( free corned beef quiche :cry getting some great ideas already so thanks to everyone.
