need advice on what route to take??

all ill say is that everytime i convince myself i dont need the classes- i do!!!i did weightwatchers and i hated the meetings. so i see your point. slimming world groups arent available in ireland soooo i joined their online bodyoptimise. obv its not as personal as a woman physically weighing you BUT it is an email telling you to weigh yourself once a week, along with daily support on the site. their is an online diary too which really does help you do your best. recently ive also made sure that i check minimins :D out once a day for constant motivation and support and in two weeks im down 6 pounds and that was not giving it 100%.
