need advice please. i messed up on day 1 of refeed :(

I just started my refeed to-day I got confused and had an apple. I feel a bit bloated and my tummy has swelled out like i've gained 4lb or so. Have a messed up. If anyone can advise me I would really appreciated it. I feel like crying as I was 100% all through my TFR.

Hi hunny, I think you are meant to avoid fruit and juices until after refeed, however its only an apple, start back on day one again tommorrow and follow the sheet exactly. Plus drink lots of water hopefully your tummy will settle soon. How come you got confused, do you need help with your daily refeed programme?

thanks size 10. I just forgot that i had to wait until the end of refeed to eat fruit. I got a bit over whelmed with going back on food. I've googled and I've calculated there was about 16grm of carb in the apple, which isn't that far off one shake sachet. I'm lucking in that apples are low GI. A banana would have been a completely different story. It's done now so i'm not going to panic and just move on. I just won't do it again.

Yup, whats done is done love you can't go back and not eat it! :giggle: But defo have another read of the refeed sheet and familarise yourself with it. If it helps print it off and carry it around with you - its what i did - and you can refer back to it at all times :)

thanks girls. I'm super careful now. I'm off on hols (to USA) yikes! and my bag is full on shakes and bars to keep on straight and narrow lol. Good idea Summer i have it now and will keep checking.you look fantastic, every time i see your pics i'm full of admiration.
