Need All The Help I Can Get Please

I've been doing slimming world for about a year and a half now. At my highest point i'd lost just over 4 stone which was amazing and i was so chuffed. But for whatever reason my heads not been in it for ages and i've gained a stone over about the space of a month. My downfall is crisps, and not the small bags.

I put 3 lbs on this week which was absolutely gutting as I'd been really good up until saturday. I feel really positive now after group, onwards and upwards etc. But just looking for some advice on how to keep my head in the game and not let that happen again.
