Need help please

I made a beef casorole yesterday in the slow cooker.

I used all fresh veg, and diced up beef (bought from tesco), 1 oxo cube, water and i used a jar of homepride beef and ale?

How many syns shall i syn the homepride? Or would it be free?

Unfortunately all cook in sauce's are high in syns....next time you could make your cassorole with extra oxo cubes and some herbs for flavour - then it would be syn free on RED and EE.

A packet of Colman's beef casserole mix is only 6 syns for the whole packet

Thanks guys, yes that was it!... I not had any, i just made it for OH to take fishing with him (wanted to impress lol) ... Kids can have rest for dinner
