Need Help with a Salmon Pasta Sauce

I've decided to make pasta tonight with salmon and some kind of sauce...
I'm thinking of frying (in frylight) some chopped mushrooms, onion and throwing in some garlic. Then I thought about chucking it in the blender with some quark and parsley...
I've just thought this all up and can't quite decide if this will work or not...

Anyone got any ideas or suggestions? help!

ooh that sounds nice... I just don't have the ingredients lol

I mix extra light mayo with lemon juice, crushed garlic, black pepper, a HEa of parmesan and natural yogurt. Flake up the salmon and mix together, then mix in your pasta.

I dont really make up sauces but I do have salmon and pasta quite a lot with veggies and extra light mayo. I sometimes roast up some cherry toms to give a bit of moisture to the meal. xx

I have just made my salmon pasta thing... and... the salmon was nice :) The sauce curdled :( I put it on too high a heat too quickly. Now i'm having quorn sausages, mushrroms, onions and beans for dinner lol
I will give your recipe a try next time Vixxster... sounds good :)
