need help with green day meals please

we are going to have a week of green days next week!
heres what we have already:
*cheesy pasta bake
*chicken, brocolli and pasta gratin
*smokey beans with bacon and jacket spud
*macaroni, spinach and cheese pie

I love to make a cheese and potato pie with a twist. It usually serves 4 people. To mashed potato i add a splash of milk, my cheese allowance (i add 1 oz per person) But save a bit for the top, a chopped onion, chopped chives, a can of chopped tomatoes, mustard powder, mixed herbs, garlic granules and salt & peper. Top with the remaining cheese and a sliced tomato. Pop it in the oven untill its hot through and the top has turned golden. I usually serve this with quorn sausages baked beans and mushy peas. My family love it.

Have you thought about making sw quiche and having that with either a salad or new potato's and veg? or how about the american hashbrown with mushrooms and beans on the side? :)

You've got a lot of pasta action going on so what about mixing things up a bit and having a curry (bean, veg or meaty) with rice? Thai green curry? Lentil dahl? Morroccan veg with cous cous? Risotto? Paella? Moussaka?
