I've been feeling like that since my holiday. I had a bit of free reign on holiday & have struggled ever since, hit the same vicious cycle of not getting into it, feeling crap so eating crap & then feeling more crap.
Yesterday I did what some one already suggested. I thought about how I want to look, the shops I want to buy clothes in & also how much I'd lost already. I haven't lost as much as you but I am really pleased with my 1 stone loss (still have about 7 to go). I thought about how I can get back on plan. Here's what I came up with:
- Changed my goals & made them smaller. I've set my current goal to be my Club 10, doesn't seem as daunting.
- Joined a new challenge. I'm already part of the 50lb for christmas challenge but I needed something now so I joined a July challenge. Set my loss at 5lb, quite low but achievable.
- Excise. I don't like exercise much but I've bought a weighted skipping rope & had to teach myself to skip again, something I haven't done since I was like 9 years old. It's a weighted rope for exercise. I can put some music on & skip in the garden. It's actually fun trying to beat my best. My first attempt was just 2 skips LOL After 20 minutes I was up to 20. That's my highest so far.
- Get one day on plan under my belt. Today is that day (saturday). I WILL be 100% on plan today, I'll be happy with that achievement & tomorrow will be easier
