Hi girls, I've been doing slimming world since May and have lost 19lbs but I've bit a point where I can't lose anymore, either I stay the same, put a 1lb on and then off again and I'm swaying towards eating rubbish food again. I would really appreciate some recipes/syn free snack ideas and desserts instead of grabbing a few biccies. Would really help me out
