Need motivation!

    Hi guys!

    I've been wanting/trying to go on JUDDDD since I've found this forum (about a week ago). I only want to lose 10 kg (22lbs) I've bought the slim fast powder already and have tried two down days - it was quite difficult for me. I had never heard about this diet before, so I guess I just need to get a confirmation from some judddders that it actually does work! Does it? How long did it take you??

    Yes it does work!! Trick is to leave eating on a down day as long as possible, I usually wait til at least 2pm and split my 500cals for that day into 5 'snacks' so I can space it out over the afternoon/eve. Drink plenty of water, at least 2-3litres a day. And on your up day make sure you eat your cals, not eating enough on an up day will make you not shift those pounds!!

    As for how long it'll take, we're all different but you can expect a good loss your first 2 weeks then like most diets it slows down a bit, but juddders do get good losses each week if we stick with the plan 100%!

    How are you finding the diet? I'm only on day 3 - so far so good but wish I was having Sunday dinner with the rest of the family
