Need some help please with ss+

Hi all have been doing ss for 3 weeks now and have lost exactly a stone and a half which im over the moon with.
I have heard of ss+ that the losses aren't much different to ss ...
please can someone tell me exactly what im aloud on this... i dont have a booklet from my cdc it looks like the cambridge diet website's been re-vamped and i cant find any info on there....
i want to go out soon and buy tonights dinner but without knowing what exactly im aloud im at a loss.

okies hun SS+ is.....

3 packs a day
plus a 200kcal meal, containing ONE from each column below..

Protein rich food
120g chicken or turkey
190g cod, haddock, white fish
250g tofu
200g quorn
180g tuna (in water)
225g reduced fat cottage cheese

Vegetables 2-3 tablespoons
Green salad leaves
Celery, cucumber, radishes
Courgettes, marrow
Broccoli, Cauliflower
Cabbage (even pickled!)
Spinach, kale, turnip
Asparagus,fennel, celeriac
Leafy greens

Hope that helps love, but please try and get the booklet from your CDC as you're going to need it for the rest of the steps! xxxx
