Was horrible nick i was in a rush to see my mum and thought if i have somethin to eat before i go will stop me eatin crap and shared with my dad lesson learnt i have good sense but dont go that chippy again now am starvin lol x

Yayyyy finally iv lost somethin and its totm 4 pound decided now am goin to do some simply filling days only 5 half to fo and am back to my 12 stone wich is my lowest weight in over 10 years

Ok fuemin with myself now i saw that cheerios are free on simply filling as long as a plain box so iv bought a big box yellow and white and still wrong ones and been havin big bowls
