I'm not working to a set amount of weight loss a week, but I do need to record the amount I lose, so I'll do it here.

Weigh in day Thursday

Start 4.8.16 88.1 kilos
 
11.4.16. 88.7 kilos - not good. Fri 5th I had a Chinese for lunch - b-i-ls birthday lunch - and put on 2.5 kilos - now I'm struggling to take it off.
