Hi I've decided to keep my very own diary, so here goes for tomorrow.

Breakfast - Fruit & Fibre

Lunch - Salmon, Salad, Rice, Egg, Baby Potatoes, Mullerlight

Tea - Chicken Kebab (7 Syns)

Friday night Vodka (will decide later)

Saturday 9th July

Breakfast - 2 boiled Eggs, 1 Bread
Lunch - Onion, Courgette, Mushrooms, Pepper and Pasta in 1/2 WW Pasta Sauce (4 Syns)
Tea - Italians Aubergine, Courgette and pepper on a slice of french stick and topped with goats cheese. Amatriciana, Bacon, Chilli, Tomato based sauce and Pasta (20 Syns)
I don't know wether that is enough.

1/2 bottle wine 13.5 Syns

Breakfast - Bacon, Egg, Mushrooms, Tomato and Beans with 2 Wholemeal Bread (HEXB) 1tsp butter (1Syn)

Lunch - Chicken, Potato, Parnsip, Carrot, Sprouts, Cauliflower, Green Beans, Bisto Gravy (2 Syns) Mullerlight

Tea - Beef Stirfry and Egg Noodles, Mullerlight

1/2 bottle wine 13.5 Syns and left over chicken

Total Syns for the day 16.5:sigh:
