:rolleyes:im 13st 2.5 i really want to see 13st or 12st 13 i would cry if i got there id be sooo happy. any tips??? ive been gym friday morning and did 5k on bike 1k on treadmill and all my weights. sat and did 5.5k on bike and all weights and going tomorrow morning ....

I cannot wait to get to 14st something! Ive been to 15stone 0 and then back to 15stone 3lbs! Its just this blooming 1.5stone award thats annoying me! *laughs*
Lowest I can EVER remember being is 13st 13lbs ages ago when I did WW x

my lowest has been 11st 3 but was in hospital after a major op

I lost 3.5lbs last week by doing success express for 3 days alongside extra easy for the other 4.Good luck hun xx
