Need willpower!

Hi I started slimming world again today I started in jan but missed a couple if classes and it all went a bit wrong!!

I'm so determined this time especially after getting in the scales at first weigh in today and I'm more than I thought :-(

Have a 9 week goal of a stone before my hol does anyone think this is do-able?

All depends on your starting weight but anything is achievable with hard work and dedication to the matter at hand :D - in perspective your target is approx a 1.5lbs loss per week - perfectly achievable.

With the better weather coming in I'd defo be thinking about giving the Couch to 5k a shot too - will be the most effective way to get rid of that combined with a good diet

Hi Rosie, Welcome to the forum.
That goal of yours is quite acheivable especially if you keep to your chosen programme.
Do start a diary so that you can keep a running account of all the ups (and downs!) and others will know where to find you for giving the support and encouragement neede at those crucial times.
