Have felt a bit ropey today, only had 4 drinks but obvisally cant stomach alcohol like I used to.

I now have 9 days off work with no real plans!! Im really looking forward to it but bit worried as want to loose some serious weight over the next few months, I'm feeling focused but haven't lost in a while.

Green day today:

(B) oat so simple (a&b) strawberry jam (2) blueberries
(L) linda McCartney burger (4) lettuce, plumb toms, Tom sauce (1) pitta bread (b2)
(D) noodles

Will snack on fruit and mullers

Yesterday we had a power cut which lasted 6 hours!! Couldn't cook anything so had to make do with ready cooked stuff and then I went to my mums and cooked some sausages :)
Weighed this morning and lost last weeks gain so am back to 12.13. Would really of liked a bit more as I'm do close to the 13s only have to look at a cake and I'm back in them!

Off to the beach today and oh is pestering me to just enjoy myself and eat treats with him.. Grrr x

Seaside day wasn't too bad, I had fish and chips but did lots of walking it's today that's been the problem I'm awful when alcohol is involved :( x
 
Today's food can't really be described as sw but will note down anyway:

(b) fruit corner
(l) chicken and bacon salad, rocky road cake with ice cream
(s) kick kat chunky, yorkie, walkers crisps
3 white wine spritzers
(d) dominos :(
2 bakewell tarts

I'm really tired today, don't know what's wrong with me although could be something to do with the food I ate yesterday (ended up eating dominos at 9.30 yesterday evening) :( been for a walk with my mum this morning and am trying to motivate myself to do the 30 day shred as haven't Monday and tuesday.

Food so far today: red
(b) wholemeal toast (heb) with choc Philly (4.5) and chopped strawberries
(l) John wests salmon Moroccan style salad, not sure on syns for this as can't search the syns on this phone so will say 5
Muller light toffee

Edit: ate 4 pieces of dominoes and a bakewell tart but did do shred and another 50 min walk

Fresh start today, did 30 lengths before breakfast :)

Been really bad at updating and have had an off plan weekend. Did loads of exercise last week and somehow managed to maintain even though I ate BADLY... Back at work today so hoping that's back on track...

(B) apple pie muller corner (7) mini doughnut (2.5) frosties (5) milk for tea (hea)
(L) sushi (3) melon, pineapple and mango
Chicken (heb) stirfry, rice and sweet chili sauce (3.5)
Will have my 2nd heb and hea later this evening

18 syns!! Will have less tomorrow

Ended up having 2 slices of choc Swiss roll (10 syns per slice!!!) :(

Total syns today 38, will have some low syn days for the next few days to make up for it

(S) 3 babybel lights (HEA2)
(D) Egg, chips and beans :p had two meat free burgers with dinner (1) and BBQ sauce (1)
(S) Hi Fi bar (HEB2)

Only 2.5 today but had lots yesterday so that's fine.

Thursday: Green day
(b) alpen lights (heb) and activia yog
(l) mugshot, ryvitas (heb) and fruit
(d) mac cheese made with light Philly (hea)

Friday: make a Quorn curry to take to my sisters, watching football and everyone else will get a takeaway! My sw curry tastes nicer than takeaway so wont mind :)

Changed plans today as forgot to put the gammon in slow cooker so having a Green day instead!
