Gym, Spin Class 700cal, legs very heavy, felt like very hard work

morning meeting finished late didnt have time to get proper lunch had to get something in about 30secs between parking the car and the next meeting
not enough superfree again, didnt get home from work gym till 9. had italian chicken that i made the night before. Need to have more salad/veg, been difficult to get them in this week with being home late

watched big meets bigger on sky+, quite an eye opener, i dont want diabeties :-(

You won't get diabetes hun :( You're on the right path, you're making your life better by bettering your food choices. Don't worry too much about not getting enough superfree in during the week - you were busy and tried your best. Just make next week better by maybe cooking up a batch of superspeed soup over the weekend that you can take into work with you for lunch so you're not eating while running around like a headless chicken... Although headless chickens can't eat... :eek:

What I mean is, take the time you have on the weekend to prepare a few lunches for Monday and Tuesday, maybe even Wednesday if you can make something that will stay fresh until then. Make some vegetable soup and freeze it in a few tubs, leave one out to defrost every night and then take it to work the following morning - if you have facilities to reheat. Otherwise, try a fruit lunch - you can pick up prepared packs of melons and grapes from Tesco, or even pineapple, pomegranate, mango, etc.

I hope today is better for you captain, and I really hope your legs feel better.

Sat 24/07/10, Sun 25/07/10 EE Day. - week 11

Bad weekend. weekend away with family so i had already decided i was going off plan for the weekend, and then back on monday and just hope for a SS this week.

had a day at the races on staurday, wasnt good, but as it was so busy the alchohol consuption was kept reasonable, so, havent synned everything up or i would probably cry

cereal for breakfast, 6pints lager all day, fish and chips for lunch, evening chicken curry with boiled rice, but with a small naan bread. didnt have any other rubbish, choc or snacks or anything

not a good weekend, but could have been worse, just have to see what happens tuesday.

Today is tuesday.
Tuesday is weight in Day
1 have spent 4 days in a field, drinking heavily and eating rubbish.
im not a bad farmer, ive been to a festival and had a jolly good time.
Today i am back on plan , going to a Wi and expect a gain,
but i am back on track, i dont even consider that i went off track as id already decided that the festival was going to be off plan.
