Well after nearly two months of 'researching' and reading this forum I have decided upon Slim and Save - as hopefully my last diet journey!
I am placing my order for a 28 day supply today - and want to start on Saturday.
Feeling quite nervous as I have never tried a diet like this before, but eliminating food is something that may work for me, as like many others I ended up thinking of food all the time on SW and WW. Plus this may be a much quicker option...
Over the last few weeks I have tried to get into the right frame of mind for this, to see it as a final attempt to lose the baby weight. I have never been a size 8 girl, more like a 12/14 but after the birth of my daughter 3 years ago I gained so much weight (went up to a size 18). Some I managed to shift and sadly I managed to pick most of it up again the past 3 months - and with my size 16 trousers getting very uncomfortable I know it is time to start dieting again, and this time I don't want to stop until I am back at a size 12.
I have read so many people's success stories on this forum, and am amazed at the amount of weight that they have lost! I also want to be one of those people by the end of the year and want to try and be on the forum regularly for encouragement/support.
That is all for now. Now for Saturday...
