Nervous serial dieter here. Have done them all just about! The most success I had was on the 2 day diet (not the 5:2, got too hungry!), but 2 days very low carbs and then 5 days healthy protein, fats and carbs. I did lose 20 lbs doing this, but have fallen foul of the comfort eating bug. All weight back on, now starting today again the 5:2 - Mediterranean diet. Got a holiday coming up in a few months, so need to do this! I have never been part of an online forum before, so hello :)

PS - how do you attach the tickers on your posts to show progress? Thanks
