New and confussed!

I have just got the hang of how to post threads and comment on other people but how do I edit my profile and messages and other peoples profiles? It saying its restricted or something!! Help please

You need to post 20 times before you can add an avatar picture and 50 times before you can edit and view profiles and photo albums - hope this helps good luck x
