I'm not really following any particular diet, I am just trying to lose a couple of stone by September.

I have been considering doing LL for one month just to see how much I can lose, what are people's experiences of LL? Good or Bad?

My problem is I love cooking meals for my very skinny and athletic boyfriend and sadly eat the same size portions as him.

Would be nice to chat to other people in the same situation as me.
