I have just ran down the stairs to get the phone as it was ringing and when i answered the phone normally i feel tired and out of breath and today i didn't

That is a major one for you!!! and it was for me as well!!!

I was forever being asked when I answered the phone was I running and all I had done was get off the sofa

I find I run up and down the stairs now all the time because I can.
