1) So I fit my frame (I'm only 5 ft tall =/)
2) So I can bare to look at a photograph of myself for more than a second before having to delete it because of how disgusting I look.
3) So clothes will look pretty on me :)
4) Various health issues which aren't being helped any by my weight - Want a baby within the next few years too so need to get my body prepared.
5) Because I HATE having big boobs!!!!! lol

Hi, 2 on I have no idea why!!! I seem to be stuck fluctuating between 14.13 & 15.1 *scream* breathe lol... Up the exercise and mix my food up a bit I guess!

Any tips or advice would be good :)

When I had a bad week, I decided to completely knuckle down. Went to the market and spent £10 on fruit and made sure I ate my fruit when I felt like snacking, And bulked my dinners up with veggies and filling foods to keep me from feeling picky.

Make sure you eat breakfast because when you don't, you will tend to eat more at night.

And remember, if you don't buy it, you can't eat it. So be very cautious when you shop :) Hope I helped a little bit xx x x
 
Well really bad week and managed to gain 2lb
Ate miles too much crisps and chocolate and didn't track for most of the week.
Bit of a kick up the rear so have planned food out for today and done my kettlebell work out already.
It's my daughters 16 th today so am using some of my weeklies for a slice of cake later.
Hope to report a better result next week xx

So I can enjoy food again. Sounds counter-intuitive, but when I have something reeeaalllly nice now, I have a smaller bit and I enjoy it more than before!
To change my relationship with my body. Self confidence for me has not been achieved so much by the weight loss, but more by me actually DOING something about it.
