New & couple of food questions x

Hi ladies, can anyone tell me if either the following foods are ok on this diet pls x I think the fat sugar and salt levels are ok but unsure if the protein levels are high enough and poss the carb levels too high:cry:lol

Not sure about teh sausages but I think the stuffing's got too much carbs.

I would say that neither are acceptable. The stuffing is a carb and the sausage is just not allowed. As far as I am aware pork is either not allowed (wasn't allowed in my book) or basically only tolerated if lean and if not stalling. I think I am now allowed it on conso.

Do you have the list of allowed foods? Its in the book and really processed foods are a no no.

Thanks ladies, was fairly certain the stuffing would be a no no just went mad on it during my pregnancy lol.

Wasnt sure about the sausage either, with regards to pork, i havent had my book come yet but id read in a couple of old threads it said you could have pork so will need to try and find that for sure , thank u again x

Its a no on the sausage, only 65% meat and the next ingredients Breadcrumb (Wheat Flour, Yeast, Salt) ,Potato Starch which are out.

And a no on the stuffing, first ingredient is flour.
