Good day yesterday, but feeling really bloated today! Trousers feel really tight, and just had enough. :cry:

How are you feeling about weigh this week!

Well I must confess I'm a sneaky peeker :eek: so I think I'm on track for at least 1lb off :)

Although I have been known to step on the scales 'most' mornings I only ever count my Thursday morning WI ;)

I'm wishing for a bigger loss though as I put on 6 over Xmas :eek:
 
Oh i can sympathise with 6lb on, thats exactly what damage i did too! Never mind it will be off in no time;)

Oh dear had a awful day yesterday! We popped to my mums and didnt get back until 8, and we were starving - DH cooked a gorgeous Sausage Baguette. Ooooopppppssss!! Tried to combat it by having an orange after it ha! Not really what should happen:sigh:

So i am back with my tail between my legs! Got VERY lazy and stopped slimming world altogether, resulting in a stone gain! But i have admitted defeat and decided to try again! Here goes nothing! So didnt have chance to pop on here over the weekend but was still 100%. Had a clear yesterday and decided to try on last years summer clothes! BAD MOVE, couldnt even do anything up!!!! But on the flip side its given me EXTRA motivation to get my fat bum in gear! So here is todays menu
