Restarting my diary here
After a Naughty weekend back up to 198lbs. Aim for this week is to get back down to posted weight of 194lbs and one or two more :)

Today's nosh:
3x detox tea throughout the day
-Low carb protein shake
-Scrambled eggs
-Low carb shake
-Amino energy supplement
-Bit of pork tenderloin
 
Well done for starting afresh! We can do this! :)
 
As long as I can super glue my mouth shut at the weekends :D
 
195 today wohoo :D

Today's plan is...
3x detox tea
1x protein shake
1x amino energy
3x bacon
Chicken and broccoli for dinner.
 
I put on 4lbs over the weekend so it's water weight :) I hoping to be 192 by Friday or Saturday, then 189 next Friday or Saturday. I live in hope. I know I can do it if I don't mess up the weekends again.
 
195 again today :)

1x sausage from the deli (oops )
1x LC protein shake
Amino energy
2x burgers + mayo
Thai green chicken soup with green beans

Aghhhhhhh, Christmas. I enjoyed you but my pants didn't :D Started again at 201.5lbs on Sunday. 200lbs today. I will never learn, but I had a fabulous time and enjoyed every morsel
Bit daunting I have 45lbs or so to lose but sure I'll take it 1lb at a time.
Off for a night away Saturday so looking at menus in various places to be 100% on plan :)

@Pinkemi The appetite suppressant of Atkins kicks in fairly quick for me thankfully :)
 
Trying to remember back on what my food was :D

Sunday:
L: Late Fry up in the hotel
D: Steak and salad

Monday:
Coffee with milk
L:Cream cheese pancakes
D: Roast chicken and veg
(Oh and a small kinder bar fell into my gob too :D )

Today:
Coffee with milk
L: Egg wrap with ham and cheddar
D: 2x burgers and 1tbsp full fat mayo

I rarely eat breakfast, my mornings are to hectic and I don't believe I should eat when I'm not hungry, so I have lunch at 12pm . Each day I also have 3 cups of detox tea.
There's no much on my menus the last 3 days but you will come to see there are days I could eat a whole village, and then some x
Over and out till WI tomorrow.
 
Wens:
B: Low carb shake
L: Ham and egg salad
D: Stuffed chicken wrapped in bacon

Thursday:
B: 2 boiled eggs
L: Low carb shake
D: Mixed meat kebab without the pitta and Wine :D

Friday:
L: Cheese and tomato omlette
D: Fry up
Snacks: Almonds and a few vodkas and diet coke :D

Saturday:
L: Can't remember lol :)
D: Lasagna with courgettes instead of pasta sheets.
.......And wine

Sunday:
Disaster food wise...... Moving along :D

Yesterday's free for all have clocked back up a few lbs unsurprisingly enough. Friday a was able to wear my size 16 jeans again. Size 16, like omg I was a size 10 this time two years ago grrrrr.
 
Monday:
L- Broccoli and cheese soup
D - Omlette and salad
S- Cheddar and olives

Tues:
B- Low carb shake
L- Caesar salad pot from aldi
D- Roast chicken , veg and a small bit of gravy
S- Atkins bar

Wens:
B- Almonds
L- Bacon and eggs
D- Boiled ham and cabbage

Today:
B+L : Made a pot of chicken soup so having cups of that until dinner.
D: Bolognase with courgette
S: Almonds and.......Wine :D
