Did u do more exercise than normal?? And did u eat all your weeklies- I was recommended to eat all my weeklies if I'm exercising and it works :)

Maybe u aren't eating enough if u are doing that much exercise.. don't worry petal! U can do it... how many of ur weeklies do u eat? Are u drinking plenty? xx
