NEW: Easter Challenge

Aww thanks early. Any advice for what to eat in WI day, some people eat nothing but by the time it gets to WItime Id feel like fainting lol. Any one recommend any light foods. Or should i do a filling and healthy day xx



 
I'd lay off carbs - so plenty of protein and veg and fruit - i do that most evenings, but especially the one before WI too!

Just down .5 this week I'm a bit disappointed because I thought I had put in a decent effort even managed all the exercised I had planned to do ... Oh well a loss is a loss so I'll stop complaining.

Well done hun i was the same this wk and thought id have done better but hopefully we will ave good wks this wk but youre right a loss is a loss x x
