I've upped my points from 26-29 this week as my losses stalled but I am not optimistic as I honestly feel really heavy fingers crossed fr Thursday :(

I know how you feel. Ate way too much and did no exercise atall... Gonna start walking tho'. Have you used the Zaggora hotpants much? I'm thinking of getting them if i have gained but i dunno are they worth it!

I keep forgetting about them I will start wearing them to bed! They are obvious under my leggings so I forget them at the gym
 
1lb on for me :(

stayed in points but had most of my weeklies on sunday. i've also started exercising (30 day shred) and my waist has expanded by just under 2 inches, so assuming it's water retention with the exercise.

hitting it hard this week so i better have a good loss next week.

I gained half a pound last night, gutted! Been so good and done lots of exercise so dont know why :(

Just spoke to my leader tonight fruit is free if used in MODERATION!
Eg a full carton of grapes is actually 12PROPOINTS!

Fruit is given a pro point value of 0 per portion.
Eg a small cup full.
After that it is pointed.

It contains a lot of sugar and after the water content of the fruit has been extracted your body is left with the sugar to deal with.

Can this be true x

Rosie_Lee - unfortunately exercise seems to mess up weight losses for a week or two... keep at it and it will show :D

Yes its true that's why I usually just have a smoothie then I get my fruit in and add veg to my dinner ect or I snack ins couple of pieces of fruit
 
Different people say different things so confusing have emailed in on the ww site so will confirm later
