new food diary

After my 2lbs gain yesterday I thought that I should start a food diary again to see if I am going wrong anywhere feel free to correct me if i am.
I only do green days as am vegetarian :)

Breakfast: 2 weetabix HEXB a scan bran 0.5syns with skimmed milk part HEXA and a chopped bananna

Lunch: potato salad with a ff activia yogurt and a hifi bar *HEXB* and an apple

Dinner - vegetable stir fry with rice
bananna and apple fruit bowl with low fat natural yogurt
2 cups of tea with rest of milk allowance
one can of coca cola zero lots of water and some low sugar squash :)
