New gal!

Hi All!
Am new to Slimming world but I have been browsing this board for a few weeks. I am about to bite the bullet, subscribe on line, weigh and get the shock of my life probably!
Not sure what lies ahead yet, just looking forward to a few pounds off before my holiday. Have about a stone to lose ( well this is before I get on the scales) so will see.
I plan on doing EE, which seems to fit in with my lifestyle. Am married, no children and go to the gym every Thursday without fail. But I have a weakness for the good things in life, hence why I'm on a diet!

Hi hun and welcome to the forum, you will find lots of helpful advice and tips on here, I am also doing EE, I have been following the plan for 2 weeks now and have lost a total of 6 1/2 llbs so far woohoooo...xx

Hi there and welcome to not only mm but also sw!!
Ee will certainly help you to get into changing your eating habits. Can I suggest that you have a look at the food diaries section on here to give you some ideas, but also keep a diary yourself...not necessarily on here, but it helps to keep you focused and whenever you struggle you can look back at it to see what worked well for you one week.
