Hiya Kirsty you will do well on Xenical as it really works, as long as you watch your calories and FAT content. A tip to remember is that Xenical does not make any difference between good or bad fat so when a label reads, for example, 5g fat including 3g unsaturated fat, it is the 5g that you need to take notice of. I know I learnt the hard way when I had a tinned sardine salad, I was Tango'd for about 3 days
