Step 1 Sole Source New girl with an 8 week challenge...realistic!? ?

    Hello all. I am starting shakes tomorrow, been to the to get all my supplies today! I'm currently 14 stone 2 , 5foot 4.5 and I'm really really hoping I could lose 3 stone in 7/8 weeks - do you think that's even remotely achievable!? ? Thanks all :) xx

    Think I done 2.4 in 7 weeks. I started at 15.1. I would aim for 2 and class anything more as a bonus. Good luck.

    Thanks for the reply both, much appreciated! I suppose the only way to find out is to stop speculating and get on with it so that's what I'll do!

    Yes deffo, no time like the present. The first week is hard but stick with it and the weight will fall off.
