Hi I am in my first week (I was on SW many years ago, but have fried my brains in fat so cannot remember a thing), so I was wondering if I put in my daily food, would someone tell me what I am doing right/wrong and my syns....or not!

1 Linda McCartney sausage
1 Linda McCartney burger
2 Small potatoes baked
1 tin baked beans
2 Alpen light bars
1 chunky KitKat 48gm
Fat free Veg stir fry with egg noodles.
1 tea with milk
1 zero coke
loads of water!!!
1 Mineola

Linda Mcartney Veg Burgers 50g - Free
Baked Potato - Free
Baked Beans - Free
2 Alpen Light Bars - 3 syns each, or can be used as 1 Healthy Extra B
Kit Kat Chynky - 13 syns
Stir Fry with noodles - Free
Tea with milk - Free when milk comes out of Healthy Extra A Allowance (200ml for Semi Skimmed milk, 350ml for skimmed)
Coke Zero - Free
Water - FREE!

Not sure about the mineola, but it's a citrus fruit? Possibly free. You are using 13.5 syns a day if the alpen light bars are used as healthy extras. If not, then you would be going over your 15 syns.

Try more superfree foods and more fruit too :) x
