Hi folks.. :sign0144:.. i did ww last year and lost 21.5lbs and got to my goal of 9 st 2lb :party0049:.. im only 4lb over that weight but heading away at the end of aug so wanna shift half a stone :fingerscrossed:.. gives me a wee bit to play with when im away...
anyway.. Bananas.. when it says 1.5 pts for the banana do you weigh it with the skin on or off??.. if you take the skin off it makes a considerable difference to the weight. so skin on or off for weighing? Cheers

I think its skin on, from what i can remember of WW. A 1.5 point banana is a very small/kids banana. i think a big banana can be as much as 3.5 points. we had a big discussion in class about it when i used to go.

sorry.

That's strange because in the eat wise book a small banana is 1pt and a medium is 1.5. I don't understand ww :(

it states the weight in which they believe a small and medium banana to be i think, for a small it's 80gs and a medium is 100gs.. or something like that

Maybe an 80g banana is found near very very tiny little monkeys !. I certainly have now found the root of all my weight gain over the years!! Dam it and I was blaming it on the minstrels, maltesers, white bread and home made cakes and all this time it was the bloody big bananas !!!Maria xxx ooo ooo ooo
