New here - sw here i come!

Hey everyone, just thought i would introduce myself!
I am Ria, i am 27 from Essex and i need to lose around 6 stone! Eeeek!
I have 2 daughters aged 7 yrs (her birthday is today!!) and 6 month old little one.
I hope to lose an average of 2lbs a week so will take me about a year to lose the weight, thats the plan anyways!!! Who knows what will happen!

Hi Ria,

Welcome to the site. I've been here for a few weeks now and am also following SW. I'm following it online though as there are no groups in my area. I had a bad Christmas and New Year and put on half a stone but I didn't let it get me down. I just weighed in this morning and lost 4lbs. Very pleaed with myself right now.

Thank you, im well chuffed! I hope i manage to lose some this week, had a bit of a syn fest on friday so now have to be careful all week, note to self- make sure you have a little bit of syns each day, not 50+ syns at one sitting haha xx
