Hi All,

I started sw in nov 2010 after losing nearly 2 stone at home with help of dietician, but I haven't been doing very well :(. I found this forum, it looks fab and thought i'd join with the hope of getting more motivated, I still need to lose about 1 stone at least.

Any advice greatfully received :)

Hi and welcome! First stop is to set up a food diary and list everything that crosses your lips. Then people can give you advice on what might be happening. When you say it has not been going well, what do you mean?

Congratulations on your losses to date. I'm sure you'll lose that lose stone soon.

I have only lost 3lb since starting, it seems I lose then put it back on next week and it has been going like this no matter what I do, the last couple of weeks i just kinda gave up, :ashamed0005:i think its willpower, i'm hoping by coming on here it will give me the kick up the backside i need :p

I agree with Circle to post up your food diary so we can see what your eating and then give you advice based on that.

just remember that you've lost weight before so u can do it again. I would keep a food diary too i dont think i would be losing as much if i wasnt keeping my food diary! Put the fact that u havent been doing well lately out of your mind and treat this as your fresh start
