Hi, newbie here. I really just need some motivation that's not my boyfriend who's not the best at it, he doesn't tend to listen too well and gets stuck on an idea of what I should be doing or why I struggle - fine for him, he doesn't need to lose weight
I'm looking to drop a few stone that piled on with medication and won't shift, but exercise is difficult to keep up because my hips are weak, and I know I need to straighten out my eating habits, and figure that being able to talk to people and get a bit more support will help me more than just staring at it thinking "Whyy... why won't you go away!"!
