Hi I've just come across this fab website (why haven't I seen it b4) and I can't wait to work my round it and start to use it. I'm Kim 25 from West Midlands I'm currently following slimming world diet from home so after a lot of support and hints and tips I would like to loose 4stone in total just need some motivation to get my ass on the right track

Hi kimmy I'm 25 too and just started CD I did slimming world a couple of years ago and lost the weight just stopped dieting and put it on thou! Good luck xxxxx
