Well done for upping your water intake. You do become more used to it before long, but at the end of week 2, asks your councillor for some water flavouring. They're about £6.60 but last ages and are delicious- summer berry, sunshine orange and vegetable. They really can make the difference! Good luck with WI, I'm sure you'll do great!

i have a drink with my shake/soup and drink it along side the 'meal' and it does tend to go down easier.
I would also say that the 2.5lrs is really important as part of the CD.

After a certain amount of time on the diet, you will be able to get flavourings from your CDC, think there is an orange one and a vegetable one....i dont have them but your cdc on monday will be able to tell you more.
