New in need of HELP!

Hi all!

Well after failing miserably in Jan and Feb I am starting calorie counting again tomorrow.

I am moonlights on myfitnesspal - please add me, I need the inspiration!

I also need your tips on low calorie (under 500 cal and the lower the better) but very high volume food. Like big meals for low calories? That are really basic and simple as I'm a bad cook... Not much to ask eh.

I am at uni during the day so I need snacks between classes. Usually 2 alpine lights and a bag of crisps (can't give up crisps: quavers @ 88cals).
