New Innocent Orange

Innocent Orange Juice Smooth (900ml) in Sainsbury's | mySupermarket

Hi People, we have this in the house as it was 99p at sainsburys. Looked at the ingredients and all is says is 11 squeezed oranges. I know its techincally not free as its not in its pure form but there is no nutrional information on the side of the bottle. I looked around in some of the threads but didnt really specify what the syns for all the juices were.

Would it be 3 syns per glass?

3 syns per 150ml which is not very much to be honest

Cheers for that. 150ml is way more than enough i reckon, find it gets quite sickly if you drink more than a glass's worth.
