Firstly, Good Morning to you all,
My name is Mark and I'm 28 years old.
The reason for my first post here is to seek a bit of advice and what I should expect based on my background.
I started the Cambridge Diet (Soul Source) Yesterday Morning (07/04) so I'm half way through my second day.
I'm 6'3" and 16 stone, I'm of quite a big build, so my weight probably doesn't sound like too big a deal, but in truth i'm about 2 stone overweight and a bit out of shape. I'm going on holiday to Alaska on June 24th and want to get to 14 stone by the time I go.
Does anybody have any suggestions how long to stay on SS for and whether i should go up a couple of stages before the Holiday, or just go straight from SS to eating again?? And also what sort of problems i might have?
I know I'm probably asking these Q's for the 1000th time, so i Aplogise in advance.
