I am a self confessed bread monster!! And love sugary drinks! I have, however, after realising I had put on south weight on maternity leave embarking on a new v low can diet! I am on day 5 and feeling ok. I am being very strict! Not only no carbs but no chemicals.... Sooo craving a cup of tea! How are you all doing? What weight loss have you all experience? I'm
