    Hey,

my consultant pointed out a new syn free drink lastnight Lucazade Lite. It comes in a pink, (i think its a mixed berry type thing) and a lemony / citrus flavour!

It looks very simalar to the normal lucazade sport drinks so make sure you pick up the right ones?

I had the berry one, it was YUM.. its not fizzy, its just like flavoured water..

Just thought i'd inform you all xx

LOL like i said, not to be confused with the full fat..

but it isnt fizzy, its quite refreshing. I can see it being quite appealing after the gym.. or for any other time of the day ;) lol

Lucozade always reminds me of when I was ill as a child. I can remember watching the orange reflection from the bottle on my bedroom wall. Strange the things which stick in your mind from so long ago!

this is fab lucozade has always been around to keep water levels balanced and give you the sugar rush you need during high impact exercise!

sooo the sugarfree version will be a good one in the gym! off to get some now!!

There is a lemon and lime version too. Quite nice, but not exceptional. Don't suppose I will get it again.

Having only started Slimmming World this week I was doing an online shop to get frylight etc when I read the thread so I searched and found them there. So maybe your Tescos has them too? I put a 4 pack of each into the online trolley as they were BOGOF :)

I can't be doing with all these new, fancy lucozades

When I were a lad, you went down t'chemist and bought big glass bottle of proper lucozade in a serious orange cellophane wrapper, but only if you was ill, mind :flirt2:

    Is it expensive? ;)

Oh, I had forgotten about the orange cellophane! That takes me back - in those days when you were ill with all those horrible things like mumps, etc., you had to lie in bed and do nothing for 2 weeks. The Lucozade was the high point of the day!
