New Me for New Zealand

Would it be worth preparing something for the fridge/freezer next time you are out drinking, something you know you'll want to eat but maybe less syns that a burger king!!!
I have some lean mince in the fridge so think I'll make some SW burgers and freeze them for next time I go out boozing!

Hey - i am completely the same when I've been drinking, its so hard to motivate yourself to cook the next day. Luckily I try to have frozen (good) carby meals in the freezer just for that reason. I have also been steering as clear as i can from booze for the last couple of weeks and aim to do so for a little while. Tis the only way for me!!!

Motivated after yesterday's loss but food will be pretty dull because I need to use up food until payday next week! But we've made a plan and I plan to stick to it as want another loss next week!
